Thomas and Trevor were sohelpful when webought our new mattress and bed frame. They both answered all ofour questions wehad, were very knowledgeable onall oftheir products, and were not pushy atall. They were both sogreat towork with and did everything they could toget usa great deal. Wewould HIGHLY recommend them!

Me and myhusband worked with Tiffany and she was fantastic! She was very friendly, honest, and agreat salesperson. Weare soexcited about our purchase and extremely happy with how well Tiffany helped usfind the perfect bed for usand answer all ofour questions! Such agreat experience!

Sales rep was wonderful (Tiffany). Like other reviews, there was nopressure and Tiffany helped usmake adecision onwhich Tempur pedic topurchased based onwhat wewanted most.
The problem came toactual delivery. Ittook nearly amonth. Each week wewould get acall saying delivery would bedelayed another week. Finally after the 3rd call, wewere told we'd recieve acredit for the delay. We've had our mattress nearly 2months and still have not received the credit wewere promised.
Store staff provided great service. The three star rating issolely based ondelivery delay and not receiving the credit.… – show00

We went into the store thinking wewanted tobuy amemory foam mattress ina box online. Wewere only going into the store tosee what amemory foam mattress felt like (neither myhusband nor Ihad had one before). Wetried atemper-pedic and were truly impressed. They happened tohave one ofthe mattress inthe box options wewere considering. Wewere sohappy they did because wenoticed ahuge difference. Trevor was able toprovide alot ofinformation and navigate usthrough the best optionsforus. Then encouraged usto doour own research.
